Childcare Sage Payment Services Credit Card/ACH Functionality

To help your center more easily collect payments from parents, the Childcare Sage includes Payment Services functionality that automatically collects payments from parent credit cards and bank accounts, and includes an online parent payment portal if parents want to make the payment themselves.

There are many reasons why you should use this functionality for your center, including:
1) You save time and effort, and don't have to remind parents to pay their bill,
2) You eliminate the unpleasant task of collecting payments,
3) You don't have to go to the bank to deposit checks or cash,
4) Payments can't be lost or misappropriated,
5) You can automatically add additional charges such as late pickup, registration, and field trip charges to the payment, and
6) You can setup automatic payments, swipe parent cards, or let parents pay online.

Our goal in the Childcare Sage was to tailor payment functionality to the needs of the childcare center.

For automatic payments, you can even setup which day the parents want to pay, as well as how often. You can also setup unlimited accounts under each family. This gives you the ability to switch between bank accounts and credit cards for families whenever you want. This can also be used to charge a credit card if an electronic check gets returned.
